Update on Proposed Legislative Changes

The proposed amendments to the Research and Development Tax Incentive legislation have been referred to the Senate Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 30 April 2020.

Following a resolution of the committee the reporting date for the inquiry has been extended for the third time this year. The report is now expected on 12th October 2020.
